At Hello Farms Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Perishable goods, opened consumables, or personal care products cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hellofarms.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
