We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@hellofarms.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos.
